Firefox crashes on startup. I tried all of the steps in the Firefox crashes article but I can't figure out what's wrong. Please help me.

Try setting the connection settings to "No proxy". You can find the connection settings in "Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection"
Please send you crash reports to Firefox team.

Lastly, if nothing works, you can try to reinstall Firefox. Don't forget to export you bookmarks and saved data before you uninstall current version.
