The biggest problem is when I got biblos.com and I want to click on a scripture reference up in the left hand corner and this box keeps popping up for web search and then when I go to click on the reference it wont do anything because the little box wants a response from me about the box. It is also doing when I right click and I need to copy and paste something, it wont let me for the same reason. How do I get this to stop working?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
