Hello Support,

I have been having trouble using the log-in feature on one website. It is my ecommerce website admin area powered by Volusion. Everytime I try to log-in I receive a error message (see screenshot ) and Firefox Closes. I have never had this issue before. I installed earlier versions of firefox (back to 6.0.2) and the issue still is occuring.

I am not sure if this is a Mozilla issue or a Roboform issue or both. Roboform works perfectly in IE9. I am sending this same problem to Roboform to see if they may have a solution. Until then I will use IE9 to log-into my ecommerce store.

Firefox has sent several crash reports regarding this issue.

Thanks,

Marc
