Hi williamfthomson,

You could just open the file from the Downloads Window. This shows all recently download files. Take a look at the Where to find and manage downloaded files in Firefox KB article for more information on using the feature.

If you aren't sure where your downloads are being save by default, you can also change that setting using the information in the Startup, home page, tabs, and download settings knowledge base article.
