I suddenly can't view videos on firefox I don't know why,or what could be preventing me from seeing them.
It started about a week ago. When I try to watch a video the box that usually shows up and has the controls in it does not form ,and I either get a blank space where it should be ,or a thumbnail picture of the video I am trying to watch. I can watch videos on the other browsers I have on my computer ,just not Firefox.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
