I tried to install the mobile firefox aurora (not sure about spelling) onto my nook color, but it refuses to install. Just a few days ago I tried to download the Orbot app from the app store, and it let me. I don't understand why, because it uses android.

https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/856979 If you have rooted your Nook you can install Firefox mobile via the non-market link download link. However you will need to keep it up to date yourself as the Android market is used normally.
