Netflix completely different.Cant access my bank.Int. Explorer fine???

About a month ago,I could no longer access my 401k info via Firefox.However,if I used Internet Explorer it was fine. Now, I can't access online banking or Netflix. Iget to the sites but they have morphed into long lists.If I use Explorer,everything works as usual.Does anyone know what has happened.I don't want to use Explorer as I dont think it's as safe.Thanks for any help. Rob Geddes
