Firefox will not download in IE. The bar for "Run" or "Save" briefly appears at bottom and then disappears.
My OS is Windows 7 Professional. My Browser is IE9 My security software is Norton 360 I want to switch from IE to Firefox. When I try to download Firefox the bar at bottom to choose "Run" or "Save" blinks on then off. I am not promped to OK as administrator. Simply put, the download for Firefox seems to be blocked by IE. How do I get around this and download Firefox?

hello TimWilliamson, can you download the setup file in ie9 when you go to https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all.html, right-click the version for your language & select save target as...?
