Sometimes the wording on the toolbar is missing and you just see the icons. Based on the following article, you should see a toolbar icon that looks like a star with arrows suggesting a circle: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-bookmarks-data-another-browse.... Can you find it?

No - its not there. The attached screen shot is what I see. I suppose the obvious would be to uninstall and reinstall firefox?

That icon is there.
The one that is meant is the last icon (third after the B/F buttons) on the toolbar with a star like shape and a drop down marker.

You may have to edit the HTML file and remove the FOLDED attributes in all H3 Tags.
