while browsing web sits how do i get back to my start page or home page? also why does my browser history not delete i am using a Samsung gal table 10.1 and Firefox for android. i close it and open it , it goes back to page i was on , not my start page thx for ant input

In the current release of Firefox for Android in order to return to the homepage you must close Firefox completely (in android 4.0 and above swipe it away in the app switcher). But in a newer release you will soon be able to swipe the last page you were on to close that page and return to your homepage. Another quick solution would be to type in about:home in your address bar.
