I am using a HP computer running windows 7. This probably started happening about 2 weeks ago. I don't remember making any changes before this happened. Also my "most visited" doesn't seem to work any more. Most visited is really last visited now.

hello, in case you're having a norton security product running on your pc, please update it: https://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Toolbar-Norton-Identity/Firefox-18-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/m-p/900991/highlight/true#M8266

I am running the latest Norton 360. I just checked it. It installed a new Toolbar so I am puzzled where I would go to find another Norton Toolbar that would be newer than the one I have. The problem persists. I saw elsewhere that I could somehow disable something on Norton that would stop this problem. I guess I am having some problems with my memory because I have to keep printing out instructions before I can implement them. This latest Norton 360 update is giving lots of problems! Lost passwords, don't see the way to add a password or a site once I uncover where it is and don't see the auto update when I do update something. Running Windows 7 on a HP computer.
