cache viewer continued problem
I have FF ver 19.0.2. I downloaded cache viewer continued 0.9.3 and it shows in FF addons. However, the button for cache viewer doesn't show on the tool bar, so I can't use it.. I tried removing and reinstalling it, but the same thing happens. How can I get the cache viewer continued button to appear on the toolbar? I had it on earlier FF versions, and it worked (also an earlier version of cache viewer).

Yes it is there and I also selected it (check box) on RT click. It currently shows an add on that I have, but not the CVC launch button.
I found the launch icon button. It is faded, hard to see, and in a place you would not expect it to be: in the extreme right bottom corner of the display, just above the time indicator and quick launch bar. I use Windows classic view, so the KB link pictures didn't make sense. Anyway, problem solved! Thank you.
