Chat room window won't open
In this forum http://www.gunandgame.com/forums/addonchat.php The chat won't open properly. I'm getting nothing but a blank grey screen. I have done all the Java and Firefox upgrades and enabled everything as it should be. It was working previously. Haven't made any changes other than Firefox upgrade, and Java upgrade. I've contacted forum owner and he hasn't changed anything either. I'm the only one on the forum experiencing this issue. I'm not getting any error messages of any kind. I will try and attach a screen shot of what I'm seeing. Please don't send me some generic things to try because I've already done them. Note, that this problem is the same on Internet Explorer also.

What have you done if you don't want us to tell you some "generic" thing to do?
You can try to clear the Java cache if a Java applet is used for the chat room.

- Control Panel > Java > General tab > "Temporary Internet Files" > Settings > Delete Files
You can also try to use the Java Console to check for specific Java errors.
Is Java working properly?
Now when I click on chat room in the forum I still have grey screen, but this window pops up. What is it, and does it tell you what the problem is?
