I would like to use blocksite, but it won't let me get to any site in firefox. What to do ? How do I uninstall it ?

I'd just like to make blocksite work in Firefox, but so far, because it won't let me get to a single site, I'm tempted to uninstall it. But I can't even do that. What to do ?

Hello, Can you please confirm that you are trying to uninstall the Firefox addon blocksite and are unable to do so.

Can you please provide us the

  1. Error you are seeing when you try to uninstall it from Firefox (by navigating to Firefox -> Addons -> Extensions -> Uninstall). Are you seeing any errors
  2. The Firefox version you are using

You can follow instructions in these SUMO articles for uninstalling this addon

  1. Disable or remove Add-ons
  2. Cannot remove an add-on (extension or theme)

Also, there seems to be a long discussion on Mozillazine about Blocksite and other issues. You might find some information on that site too.
