I switched from a 32-bit Win7 computer to a 64-bit win7 computer. Now I get "This connection is untrusted" Any solution? tried everything
I switched from a 32-bit Win7 computer to a 64-bit win7 computer. Now I get "This connection is untrusted" on many pages, including Mozilla support, Yahoo, mail at yahoo etc. The only thing that changed is my computer. Everything worked on the 32-bit system. I tried DELL-no-help, I tried Norton-no-help - I tried all published recommendations -- to no avail. Can anyone give an explanation of how to fix this (suspected) incompatibility of the 64-bit Win7 computers? How can i absolutely and quickly get rid of the "THIS CONNECTION IS UNTRUSTED" MESSAGES?????? tHANKS FOR ANY expert help.

Right after I posted this problem I seemed to have found the SOLUTION: I noticed a pop-up named "BROWSERSAFEGUARD" that tried to re-direct my computer to a "computer cleaner" for a price. I checked in my installed programs if there was a "Browsersafeguard" and there it was. I uninstalled it, checking "incompatible with my system" and my computer lit up like never before. Lightning fast connections and no more "This connection is untrusted" messages. Wow. It took me 7 days to find it.Hope it will help you,too.
