I have 1 main email account with different email alias' that are filtered into folders under Local. I have it set so that all sent items go into the SENT folder directly under Local. However, when I write an email from 1 of the alias accounts, it creates a SENT folder under that sub-folder, but it does not do this for the other email alias I have. I have tried deleting and recreating the sub-folder of the email alias, and that didn't work. I have confirmed all the settings for the primary email account, and that has not worked. I just want all sent items to be stored in one SENT folder that is a sub-folder of Local, not in a SENT folder under the email alias. Thanks

Did you set up the email alias as a separate account? The filter should be for one account so that the email is sorted into that account's folder.

Hope this helps.

Yes, I believe I did. However, under account settings, I removed the account. I created a folder under Local and it automatically created the Sent Items folder when I started sending emails as that alias. However, when I use other listed alias's, the items go into SENT directly under Local. It is only for this one alias that the sent items go into the other folder. Thanks

Jack could you post the accounts information from troubleshooting? Help menu (alt+H) > troubleshooting information. Probably best to copy it to clip board and paste into notepad so you can copy just the relevant part here. The whole thing apparently messes up because it is to long
