How to banish the address bar, tabs and bookmark tabs to bottom of page

Is there an easy way (an extension, perhaps?) to relocate all bars, tabs, buttons--EVERYTHING one typically finds at the top of a webpage (i.e. the address bar; the open webpage tabs; the bookmark buttons; the firefox drop down box; the minimize/restore/close page buttons; toolbar) ALL at the bottom of the webpage by default instead of at the top?

I find I'm always hitting 'full screen' in order to read webpages easier so that all the content is at the top of my screen. I hate all the bars & buttons at the top of the page right in my line of vision and would find them less intrusive if they were all grouped at the bottom along with the taskbar.

I searched through the add ons and found nothing to accomplish this, which seems a simple task.

If you're having a problem seeing the bottom of the screen, why not put a couple of dictionaries under the monitor to raise it up?
