All my messages are in folder using extension .mozmsgs and individual file using extension wdseml. I can read them using windows but not anymore with thunderbird. How may i get them using thunderbird ?

those are files created for windows search integration and are not used by Thunderbird at all.

Now what is the problem really? Have you tried right clicking the folder and selecting properties and then the repair button?

Thanks for your answer but my problem is that i don't now where are my folders. I use to have them on a external disk my computer crash down. so actually i see only my message in the mozmsgs file but not in the other folder. Do you now how i can located them ?

If I understand the layout correctly.

File system folders

[Servername] which contains mail in an mbox file with no extension. That is inbox trash junk etc. Then a sub folder with all the mozmessage rubbish in it.

You're right. I have a folder sent.sbd and all the file are in the folder sent.mozsmgs and each message are in signle file xxxx.wdseml ?

Do you know how i can get them back trought thunderbird. I think i got that using mozbackup

don't worry about send.sdb.... is there a file called sent? and another called sent.msf?

Yes i have them and different copy of them;

The file with no extension is your mail.

That is inbox, sent, deleted, etc.

So what happened that you can not see the messagesin Thunderbird, it matter why as to how to go about fixing things.

As I am in long shifts ATM, generically this add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools/ will import the files, If you install it and use the import export entry on the bottom of the tools menu.
