Hello. Running OS Sonoma 14.6.1; Mac desktop has 64GB memory; Zip file = 6.39 GB Recently, I had to export my e-mails from Thunderbird into a zip file in order to get my e-mail account online again. Now that the account is operating again, I want to import the e-mails from the zipped folder. However, when I tried to unzip the file, I get a message from Archive Utility stating, "Unable to expand 'Thunderbird_profile_backup.zip' into 'Teksavvy email backup.' (Error 1 - Operation not permitted.) Archive Utility is part of the Mac platform, so I then tried ExpressZip, followed by WinZip. With ExpressZip, the unzipped file shows a mail folder with: - Archives (empty) - Archives s.b.d. folder (empty) - Templates (empty) - Trash.sbd folder, with one file, "Emails with bookmarks" — Does this mean that the emails were not exported and zipped? Suggestions as to what to do next, please? regards, Alison
