It doesn't solve my general outrage. I feel like you've taken liberties here that you weren't invited to. Automatic updating (especially redesigns like THIS) should be an option, not a hidden default. Your own post about how to unselect this option relies on buttons that don't even exist anymore.

We remove links to unofficial Firefox 28 downloads that are not linking to mozila.org and replaced them with a related KB article that in the page gives you a warning about using outdated Firefox versions and if you still want to downgrade, the article gives you a link to do that.

Here's the article. Install an older version of Firefox

Goddamnit, I hate you for this. I have four profiles, three of them aren't responding when I turn off automatic updating, and I keep having to manually uninstall FF29. Allowing it to update for each profile and THEN turning it off and reinstalling had better solve this, or I am going to take the time to plan elaborate ways to ruin people's days at Mozilla. Fuck you, too, guys. This is the best thing since Google +.
