I've tried to attach a file for use as my signature block, checked the box, but it doesn't show up in my email, only "PK"... Please let me know what I'm missing. I am required by my company to use this signature block in emails. Thanks!!!

What kind of file, e.g. jpg, html or txt, did you use? Best to create an html signature with the TB message composer according to these instructions:
