Uninstall YouTube Flash Player. It is entirely useless when everyone else is trying to get rid of Flash. Add-on Manager - Extensions - Remove

You do have the latest version of Java, but you should set it to 'Ask to activate' in Add-on Manager - Plugins - Ask to activate If you don't know what you need Java for, uninstall it via Windows Control Panel.

You do not appear to have Flash installed. Get it from here. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html Windows - Plugin-based browsers - Download EXE Installer
