When I updated from OSX 10.9 to 10.10, HiDPI display on my Macbook Pro stopped working the same way. It used to work fine, but now all of the fonts and interface are shrunken down by half (or more) and it is unusable. I've tried changing the gft.hidpi.enabled advanced setting, and it will then scale properly, but the type appears fuzzy.

Is there another advanced setting to try for this problem? It's weird that it worked before, but doesn't now on the same machine...

changed video drivers make a huge difference. For the Fuzzies, try disabling hardware acceleration Thunderbird > preferences > advanced > general Is I think the location on OSX.

Afraid that didn't help.
