Print selection prints out where my selection starts on the actual page.

Long story short, whenever I print via "Print Selection" if I have something in the middle of the webpage selected on down.. there's blank space at the top of my paper and the printing starts where my selection started on the webpage.

It says "download the newest version".. I have the newest version. And that thread is from several years ago.
