I'm on a 2014 Mac Air running High Sierra and FF 57.

With the new design changes, I have trouble seeing the URL in the address bar, depending on the website. I don't know the proper term for this, but: the first portion of the address bar has the name of the site written out (on my screen this is in green letters). See the circled part of the Buzzfeed address. The actual url is to the left of that.

On some sites the green-lettered portion is so long, the actual URL is all but lost. See the Washington Post example.

Finally: in a perfect world, on every site, my address bar would look as it down on The Well. Nothing but the little lock icon.

Is this something I can adjust, to at least shrink if not eliminate the green portion on the address bar? Extra points if you can tell me what it's called. ;)

Oh. That's too bad.

I appreciate knowing, though - and so quickly, too. Thanks!
