I have sync my data between PC and Android, now I have an issue with the PC hard disk. I got a new one if I install Firefox how can I restore the tabs, bookmarks, history, saved passwords that were sync on the mobile.

By choosing the option forgot password? Will that help restore or sync all the tabs, bookmarks to my PC from Android mobile firefox?

If not how do I backup all the tabs (about 180 open tabs), bookmarks, history, saved passwords, add-ons? thru firefox account.

Hello hookup! You should be able to just login to your Firefox account on desktop and the bookmarks, tabs and everything else should automagically sync over! If not, try looking for a manual sync option! Hope I could help! If yes, please mark this post as answered!

DO NOT change your Sync / Firefox account password! That will clear your data from the Sync server.

Sync happens from a device to the Sync server and the server to a device, there is no direct connection between devices.

Simply connecting to Sync with the new hard drive with the Password that Sync was using before the old drive failed should get you data from the server.

As far as the number of tabs that will Sync, I'm sure of the upper limit but surely not 180 tabs. My guess would be less that a third of that - like 50 or 60 tabs.
