If this is a special device then you probably need to add in in the security device manager.

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Certificates -> Security Devices

The only problem is to find what file you need.

You can check in the Windows Control Panel to see if you can locate any software from that bank.

You can also search internet for that bank and bank ID and Firefox as it it likely that others have come across this issue.

This sounds more like a website issue. Contact the bank and have your account checked.

Make sure you are entering the account numbers/passwords correctly.

Is the user/password entered in the Password Manager? Reenter the information manually.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
