iOS - How to fix Error message: No video with supported format and MIME type found
We have a series of audio files associated with our Members section of our web site and which members can select by typing in a number. Up until I the other day these audio files all worked when using Firefox browser, then suddenly for no apparent reason, they stopped working and all we get is the error message: No video with supported format and MIME type found I have looked through all the support answers, but cannot find anything for this problem when running Firefox on an iOS based system. Our web site is: yourhiddenmind.com But to access the audios you have to be a subscribing member. All the audio files are stored with FlyWheel and they can be access and played with other browsers such as Safari, etc.

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Make sure your Flash Player is up to date;
Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Hi, Since when have we had to use Adobe Flash player, as I haven't had to before and would prefer not to now, especially as I am using Apple iOS operating system. Is there any other solution for this for the Apple iOS operating system? Thank you
This means that YouTube doesn't offer the video in a format that is supported by that device.
You can normally check the Web Console and Network Monitor for more detail, but I don't know if you can do that on a mobile device (iPad).

Can you check this in a Firefox desktop version with Responsive Design View active?
"No video with supported format and MIME type found" always refers to the HTML5 media player and mobile doesn't support a Flash player anyway.

iOS as in iPhone and iPads or do you actually mean desktop Firefox on OS X 10.13.3
There is no Flash Player Plugin from Adobe for iOS devices as in iPhones/iPads do not use NPAPI Plugins.
My apologies, I meant to say I'm having problems on my MacBook Air and my iMac, which means I'm using OS 10.13.3 and not iOS as I originally stated in my last communication. I have tried the various proposals put forward, but to no avail. I am still getting the same message an am unable to play the audios. This has only happened since I installed the latest version of Firefox - 59.0.1
As I wrote above, this is not an issue with the Flash plugin, but an issue with the HTML5 media player. You would have to check what video formats the website offers. The Web Console usually shows more information when such issues occur.
