For some research, I have to go to companies that offer online databases only via Firefox Enterprise because they still use the Silverlight Plug-in. I just created a personal account in Firefox. Can I use that in the Enterprise browser to access the websites and databases of those companies ?

Are you referring to a Firefox Account? If so, then yes you can login to the Firefox Enterprise browser using your Firefox Account.
