Same email appearing in inbox repeatedly, blocking other emails arriving
The same email that was sent to me 4 days ago is continuing to arrive time and time again, whilst nothing else is arriving. How do I stop this from occurring?

Sounds like a logjam. Logon to your webmail account. Empty the Spam folder. Delete the last email which was downloaded. In Thunderbird, click on 'Get Messages' Report back on results.
