For many emails on outlook.live.com, the images do not come through - the image box appears with a broken symbol in the upper left corner. When I click the shield icon, I do not get an option to "Turn Off Blocking for the Site", as some previous posts have mentioned. Within "about:preferences#privacy", under "Content Blocking", I can open the window to Manage Exceptions, however, there is no way to add an exception to the list. I do have Custom Content Blocking selected, with Trackers in Private Windows selected and Cookies for Third Party Trackers selected. Outlook is the only site I have this problem with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}
