Hi hkkane, I had a look at the stats for that crash signature, and the number of reports is very low, so the cause is not yet know. It has only been reported twice in the past month, and assuming you reported this crash twice, you're the only person with this crash signature in the past month.

So let's try some standard troubleshooting steps. First, let's try re-installing Firefox. Your bookmarks, passwords, and other user data is kept in a separate location, so all your existing data will be kept intact.

  1. Using the Windows Control Panel, uninstall Firefox.
  2. Reboot your PC.
  3. Delete the directory: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
  4. Install Firefox using the instructions in the following article: How to install Firefox on Windows

fixed the problem,I just simply reboot the pc,the crash is gone
