I assume you mean that you reset your password. Resetting your password will erase all stored Sync information from the Firefox Sync servers. However, it will not delete bookmarks from your devices.

Resetting your password shouldn't have any large impact on your Sync experience, since it will automatically begin mirroring changes to bookmarks and other data between devices.

Please note though that Firefox Sync is not a data backup service. Therefore, if you are attempting restore bookmarks via the Firefox Sync service, you will likely be unable to do so since that's not the intended purpose of the service.

It's also worth noting that no one within Mozilla can directly or indirectly access or restore your Firefox Sync data. For privacy reasons, that data is encrypted by your browser before it's sent to the Mozilla servers and cannot be decrypted by any Mozilla employee or volunteer. Nor can anyone manually restore data for you after a password reset.
