Firefox is telling me youtube has an insecure connection
When I try to visit youtube I get the error message "Did not connect: potential security issue." It tells me there's an insecure connection and won't give me the option of adding an exception. Of course I'm sure the problem must be on my end, since I can access youtube through firefox on any other computer, and I'm pretty sure youtube isn't a malicious site (at least not in the way this error message implies :P) But how do I fix it so I can use the site again?

I tried everything in this article and nothing changed. It suggested using Windows Defender instead of third party security software, but I already use defender.
Oh I should have mentioned before, the error code is SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER

As you can see in the second screenshot, the certificate is issued by Fiddler
- Issuer: OU=Created by http://www.fiddler2.com, O=, CN=
So you need to check this software on your computer and possibly disable or uninstall it.
Disable or uninstall what software? I don't have fiddler installed on my computer.
You must have Fiddler installed somehow, otherwise Firefox won't see a certificate isued by Fiddler.
You can check the connection settings.
- Options/Preferences -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
See "Firefox connection settings":
I searched for fiddler on my computer and found nothing. Then I manually went through my folders just to see if it was hiding somewhere. I didn't find it that way either, but I did find this one file called FiddlerCore.dll in a folder within Program Files. Otherwise nothing.
What about proxy? Did you also search the system certificate store?
I just looked there, found these:
