sometimes all my pinned tabs get lost when I open a particular web page, like a help messaging system with MS. when i restart my browser, all my tabs are lost.

Two footnotes to the above:
(1) The History menu also has a "Recently Closed Windows" list that should show up to 3 closed windows. So if you accidentally close the main window before closing the popup window, you should be able to use that menu to get the main window back. But I suggest doing it as soon as possible.
P.S. Ctrl+Shift+n is the keyboard shortcut to undo closing the last window.
(2) To close out of Firefox, it's a good idea to use the Exit command on the menu. This means when you start up again with the Restore Previous Session feature, all the windows open at the time you clicked Exit should come back. That command can be found either:
- "3-bar" menu button > Exit
- (menu bar) File > Exit

Hi Nash HH, we are very sorry that you are facing this problem but there is a way to recover your tabs. You can do following things to get rid of your problem.
Access recently closed tabs
- Click the Library button on your toolbar. (If you don't see it there, click the menu button then click Library.)
- Click History.
- Click Recently Closed Tabs.
Restore the previous session from the Firefox menu
- Click the menu button on the right side of your toolbar.
- Select Restore Previous Session.
Restore the previous session every time you open Firefox
- Click the menu button and select Options.
- Select the General panel.
- Below Startup select Restore previous session.
- Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
If it doesn't solve your problem, tell us in reply. Thank you for raising your question in this support forum.
