I never want to say 'delete' if there's no fallback, but since you have a copy of INBOX outside of TB, I think you can safely remove the mail in the old provider's folder.

If your INBOX file is an mbox file, Help/Troubleshooting, click Open Folder, close TB, copy INBOX or a renamed copy, into Mail/Local Folders, restart TB, and see if the folder appears under Local Folders in the Folder Pane.

Hi sfhowes thanks for the quick reply, I did as you said and it opens the defaut profiles folder where i have the varius folder like IMAPMAIL but I do not have a local folders. Do I need to create one?

Local Folders is a subfolder of Mail, so I write it as Mail/Local Folders. Maybe ...\Mail\Local Folders would be better.

Wow you saved me a lot of trouble I did not notice the Mail folder did as you said and all is well.

Now that they are in the new provider folder can I delete the old one without losing them?

Thank you so much.
