After updating Thunderbird to V68 yesterday my email display is no longer working properly. All my mail folders are visible and all the individual emails can be seen in the folder pane. However the message pane appears completely blank as does the message window when the message is opened by double clicking. This happens with all the folders. I have tried: Compacting folders, repairing folders, checking display settings (fonts, colours etc), page setup, folder properties, all to no avail. Messages continue to be delivered, and I can create and send new messages, I just cannot see the content of any email in any folder.

Sorry, typo. It's 78.0.1. Should also have said, it's on a Windows 10 64 bit machine.

Hello there Nickprice. We have read your message.

Try to select help.search for trouble shooting information. Try to open containing folder or look for the show folder option. Press THE button and it seems to show Windows explorer, oke. It will display your profile.(contents) If you not see what I typed to you then check that if it has a abook.mab and prefs.js file and a Mail directory? Is there nothing like that on you computer machine screen? Then go to show hidden files and folders to find them there. Find them there.

Next step exit Thunderbird.

Delete the session.json and foldertree.json files. They will be re-created when you start Thunderbird again, using default values.

After this try to startup Thunderbird Again
