Am unable to watch anything on Netflix with Firefox on my imac desktop. Keep getting the error code: F7063-1417. Tried the troubleshooting steps on the Netflix website for this code, also updated to latest version of Firefox and restarted computer. Nothing has worked. The Netflix help desk told me simply to use another browser.

I am able to watch Netflix with Safari for now, but Firefox is my default browser. Any ideas on how I can solve this problem? Please let me know.

Hi

Are you possibly using Private Browsing mode as that can cause indexedDB not working properly ?

You can check for issues with local storage (indexedDB).
