I have multiple emails in this Thunderbird system for a business. We only send from a certain email and this one is the one we are having a problem with.

When I log in to the email, I first get this message, “Enter your password for "...."@sbcglobal.net on inbound.att.net:

After I enter my password, it gives me this message “Sending of password for user eversolemortuary@sbcglobal.net did not succeed. Mail server inbound.att.net responded: Server error - Please try again later.” I double checked that my password was correct by going to the saved logins and showing my password.

If you read the link, the solution for AT&T is to remove the passwords from Saved Passwords, restart TB, and enter a secure key, which you create on the AT&T site, when prompted for a password.
