I tried disabling all add-ons and restarting firefox. That did not work. I tried restarting in troubleshooting mode, and that did not help. I am using Debian Linux.

Your browser does not appear to have cookies enabled. Cookies are required in order to access your eStatements. Please enable cookies in your browser settings and try again.

I checked cookies, and the URL has 22 cookies according to firefox.

I tried deleting the cookies and logging in again, and that did not work.

I tried Google Chrome 97.0.4692.77 and it works fine.

I had already seen this article: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them

I tried everything. Including clearing all cookies and cache. I also turned off all add-ons. I tried restarting Firefox. I checked after logging into the bank again, and they created 22 new cookies.

The settings did not help either:

firefox keeps blocking 3rd party cookies their settings do not work

So I created the new profile, added the add-ons one at a time, quitting firefox each time, getting in again with the new profile, logging into the bank, and each time it worked. I finally logged into my firefox account, and all my bookmarks are added to the new profile. The banks web site is still working.

It appears that my old profile was called default-release. I had another profile called default, and the new one I created. I have never tried default as far as I know.

One of my add-ons is the outlook notifier, and my company's outlook web server appears to be down, so I haven't tested everything yet.

Is there any point to diagnosing this further?

One of my add-ons is the outlook notifier . . .

If this works, you are all set. You may want to remove the original profile later.
