The extension Password Manager XP was installed on 3 computers running Firefox and the program Password Manager XP. Recently on one of the computers the extension disappeared and as a consequence the program's right click menu integration stopped working in Firefox, though it does on Chrome and IE.

How can find and/or download the extension and reinstall it on the affected computer?

Thank you

Daniel D

What's the extension Firefox addon site? Extension if no longer updated by the Developers will be removed or disabled because it's too old or doesn't pass new security checks. You need to contact that Addon developer to update or make a new one that works.

Firefox 57 and later does not support the old legacy extensions. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/frequently-asked-questions-firefox-addon#w_what-is-a-legacy-extension

The extension in question is pwdmgrxp@pwdmgrxp.xpi It works on 2 of 3 Windows Firefox installations and has through multiple Firefox updates. It failed to install on the 3rd machine after I had to uninstall Firefox due to a serious virus that had taken over the browser and computer. The xpi exists on all three machines in the proper Mozilla extensions folder. The developer claims that it's integration is good on Firefox 110.0

How can I get Firefox to install the extension from the reference xpi file?
