I have been using my email address as IMAP in the past, I have since changed to POP and wanted to know how I can download all the email messages from the server that are in separate folders via pop and have them deleted after the download.

You could have done that from IMAP as well. I don't understand your request. You are now using POP and I assume are downloading messages, so you need to explain what your question is. Thank you.
