I just upgraded to Firefox 114. I imported my bookmarks. I can see then in the "manage bookmarks" tool, but the bookmarks are not showing in the bookmarks menu.

The Bookmarks panel that you open via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down panel only shows the recent bookmarks and has a Manage Bookmarks button (Ctrl+Shift+O) to go to the Bookmarks Manager (Library).

You can drag the Bookmarks Menu button that shows the bookmarks in a drop-down list and drag the Library button that gives access to recent bookmarks and history from the Customize palette to the Navigation Toolbar. The Bookmarks Menu button has a "View bookmarks sidebar" menu item.

You can also access the bookmarks via the Bookmarks menu.
