Hello. I have been using Thunderbird for many years. Love it! Version now 128.2.3esr 64 bit. Have never had any problems, until now. I am showing 1 email in my in box which I cannot do anything with (I have received subsequent emails and can access them without any problems) I cannot open this one email, cannot delete it, move it, open in a new window. There are no options if I right click on the email. Any solutions, Thanks, Glen Hollis, Adelaide, South Australia

right click the folder, select properties and then use the repair button. If it is a phantom that should fix it.

had some similar mails: showed only mail-sourcetext, didn't show the attachment and didn't show anything in the text-box. what a shock, found this hint.. set in-folder as offline folder an the repairing seems to be the solution. but in the 1st run of repair the download hung at 29 of 33 mails. i started again 2 times. then the download/repair run quickly until the last mail no 33. good luck to you and thanks to Matt!
