Hi Jim, here are couple of things to check: (1) Does the package tracker page load every time you launch a new window (Command+N)? If yes: most likely it has become your home page or one of your home pages. The following article describes how to clean that out: [[How to set the home page]]. (2) Could the package tracker page be restored from a previous session? Firefox will automatically redisplayed "pinned" (icon only) tabs at startup, and can be set to automatically restore all tabs left open the last time you Quit Firefox. If you close the tab, it shouldn't come back. If it keeps coming back, this probably is not the issue. This takes a bit of work, but is worth doing from time to time to ensure your privacy and security. Here's how: Open the Add-ons page. Either: * Command+Shift+a (Windows: Ctrl+Shift+a) * "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons * type or paste '''about:addons''' in the address bar and press Enter/Return In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions. On the right side, find the "Manage Your Extensions" heading. Any extensions Firefox installs for built-in features are hidden from this page, so everything listed here is your choice (and your responsibility) to manage. Anything that mentions shipping/tracking, search, or privacy, or looks suspicious, or that you just do not remember installing or why? If in doubt, disable (or remove).
