When I use 3.6 on my PC and go to my Vendors software everything works. When a MAC uses 3.6 some things don't work. As an example, a button to go to next screen doesn't do anything with the MAC. Are there settings to make the MAC compatible? The Vendor is a PC shop, however, they support Firefox 3.0 or higher.

I don't know of a list of differences but if you look at these sites:
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Keyboard+shortcuts
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Mouse+shortcuts
you can set it to display the actions for each browser.

Some of the menus differ too - eg tools-options or edit-prefs

And of course some of the OS keys differ - whatever the application
