How do you export specific bookmarks instead of all of them?

I'm wanting to export specific bookmarks to "My Documents" instead of ALL of them. I'm a teacher and I'm wanting to send a bunch of my online resources to some colleagues via a data disc, but I really don't want to send them all of my bookmarks. I tried just copying and pasting all of the bookmarks from a given folder into "My Documents", but it will only paste one link at a time. So again, how can export specific bookmarks to a place like "My Documents" without having to go through a bunch of steps, nor having to go into the HTML page and alter it using techniques that I have no idea how to use. As soon as someone can get back to me and let me know if this is possible, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

A possibility is to export all bookmarks to an HTML file and edit that file to only keep the bookmarks that you want.

You can get the links (URLs) only if you do a copy from the Library or bookmarks sidebar and paste the links in an HTML capable editor.
