{ Ctrl + Shft + A } to open the Add-ons Tab, then click on Extensions- look around there for Ginger, and then Plugins if you don't see that app in Extensions.

Is there an extension installed for that program?
If so, just click on Disable to disable that extension.

If that doesn't fix it for you, see Ginger support. I couldn't find any specifics regarding how that application interacts with web browsers via their FAQ's, and it looks like registration is needed to ask a question - I couldn't an open support forum.
