Bookmark all tabs not working

Recently the "Bookmark All Tabs" is not working. When I choose this option from the right-click menu on a Tab, I get a dialog box that is mostly closed and when I open it and add a name and click "Add Bookmarks", the folder gets created, but no bookmarks get created.

Any idea on how to fix this problem?

I am using FireFox version 14.0.1 on Win7 x64.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Does it work if Firefox is in Safe Mode? If so, it could be an extension interfering. Try some of the suggestions on this page:

Thanks guys. I did not know about safe mode. I restarted in safe mode, then disabled add-ons 1 at a time until I found the issue... Tab Utilities 1.1.4.
