The speed of Firefox can't be compared on Desktop to Mobile. Desktop computers have, on average, more powerful hardware and more reliable and faster internet connections. Mobile devices have much slower hardware (and different architectures) and the Average data connection is much slower than the average internet connection. I'm not sure what you are meaning here, but your best bet is just to install Firefox on your mobile device and see how fast it is for you.
